DIY Facemasks for Rosacea

What is Rosacea?

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition. The redness of the face mainly happens due to the dilation of blood vessel, triggering more blood to rush to the surface of the skin.

The cause of Rosacea is due to a variety of factors including genetic, environment, vascular and inflammatory factors.

Flare ups often occur in cycles so you may experience symptoms for weeks or months at a time before it clears. Establishing some common factors as to the root of the cause of your rosacea can help with treatment. For example if you get a flare up when the weather changes, managing your skin hydration more thoroughly through this period may help limit the severity of the flare up.

Rosacea is mainly noticed in fair skinned people, yet dark and medium skin toned people have the condition as well and it gradually becomes more prominent with growing age. There is no known cure however research has found there are many way to treat the condition by minimizing its symptoms. Here at Grahams Natural, we are for the natural alternatives!
