Grahams Rewards Program Levels
Level 1: Natural Skin Lover- This level is achieved when one spends up to $500 per year. That is when they move to the next level.
Level 2: Natural Skin Advocate- This level is achieved when one spends up to $1000 per year. That is when they move up to the next level.
Level 3: Ultimate Natural Skin Lover- This level is achieved when one spends up $2000 per year.
Calculation of Grahams Points
Purchases on grahamsnatural.com.au will be converted into points provided you use the email address associated with your account. Grahams rewards excludes returns, refunds, delivery charges, and the purchase of gift cards.
For every $1 spent on our online store, you will receive 1 point.

ReferralsA Referral is defined as a purchase made by a customer (the ‘referred customer’) through exclusively using another customer’s (the ‘referring customer’) unique referral discount code. If a referred customer does not use/redeem this unique discount code to make a purchase, this purchase will not count as a Referral. For every unique purchase made by a customer because of a referral, the referring customer will get the returned discount amount as part of the program. Referrals are subject to verification. They must be a new customer to Grahams and not have an existing customer account. Grahams may withhold the offer for a referral where it deems a customer has referred a customer under fraudulent or suspicious circumstances and/or are in violation of these Terms and conditions.
Customer AccountsAny transactions by another customer at Grahams cannot be transferred to a different customer for someone else to obtain Points.
There can be only one customer for each Grahams Rewards Program membership. Transactions from multiple Customer files cannot be joined into one Grahams spend amount. It is your responsibility to ensure that Grahams has only one Customer file for you. If you suspect that you have more than one Customer file, please contact our customer support team.
Any Grahams points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Grahams points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
As you accumulate more points, special rewards for a certain amount of points will be given. To redeem this, you will receive a special code that will need to be put in the discount box at checkout.
These rewards include;

When you reach 400 points, you will be eligible to redeem this free reward.
Free Night Cream
When you reach 800 points, you will be eligible to redeem this free reward.
Free Facial Wash
When you reach 1200 points, you will be eligible to redeem this free reward.
CHANGE OF DETAILSYou should advise Grahams Natural of any change of name or email address by via email at firstname.lastname@example.org Grahams is not responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Grahams rewards, gifts or benefits. Changes to your details other than name and email can be made via your Grahams account page.
Account SuspensionGrahams may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Grahams Rewards Program without further notice if you: (a) have breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) have engaged, or may engage, in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation Grahams Rewards Program or your Customer file; (c) have engaged in inappropriate conduct that undermines the reputation or legitimate interests of Grahams Natural; (d) have supplied or are attempting to supply false or misleading information to Grahams Natural; (e) are selling, assigning, transferring, acquiring, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Grahams rewards, gifts or benefits other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; (f) act in a hostile, abusive or aggressive manner towards any Grahams Natural staff or any other Customers online; or (g) become bankrupt.
Where your right to participate in the Grahams Rewards Program is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards, points, rights and Grahams Rewards status you may have at that time under the Grahams Rewards Program shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).
