Benefits of the Psoriasis Combo Pack

Our Intensive Therapy Wash is specially formulated for sensitive skin, so is a suitable body wash for Psoriasis sufferers.
We recommend using it at the start of your routine when in the shower, then applying the body oil, and finished off with the Psoriasis Cream.

How To Use

Intensive Therapy Wash
Incorporate this wash into your shower or bath routine by adding a small amount onto a soft cloth or directly onto the hands.
Apply to skin, and gently lather the wash into the skin, and then rinse clean.

Body & Bath Oil
Bath: We suggest to bathe in the oil for 15 minutes in tepid water. Soaking your skin is beneficial for opening the pores and allowing the oil to penetrate deeper into the skin. Once you get out of the bath, do not rub the oil off. Instead, pat the skin dry and massage the excess oil back into the skin.
Topical application: The oil can also be applied directly to the skin. One option is to massage into the skin before or after your shower to protect the skin. You can also use the oil throughout the day by pouring the oil into the palm of your hand and massaging onto the skin as required.

Psoriasis Cream
Apply Grahams Natural Psoriasis Cream as often as required to keep the affected area moist (2-3 times per day).Use a small amount and spread thinly over your skin.
