How To Use

Body & Bath Oil

Bath

We suggest to bathe in the oil for 10-15 minutes in tepid water. Soaking your skin is beneficial for opening the pores and allowing the oil to penetrate deeper into the skin. Once you get out of the bath, do not rub the oil off. Instead, pat the skin dry and massage the excess oil back into the skin.

Topical application

Apply a few drops of the oil to the affected area and massage into the skin. We recommend doing this before applying the cream.

Psoriasis Cream

Apply Grahams Natural Psoriasis Cream as often as required to keep the affected area moist (2-3 times per day).

Use a small amount and spread thinly over your skin.
