Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days from when they are placed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
If you did not receive a confirmation email after successfully placing your order, please contact us and we can resend it/confirm it with you.


All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Nerang, QLD.
We offer free shipping in within Australia when you spend $69.
For all Australian orders under $69, we charge a flat fee of $9.95.
We also offer an Express Post option for $12.95.

Please be careful to type in your correct address as we cannot be responsible for packages being sent to the wrong location. We trust that you have checked this over before purchasing.

For international shipping, postage fees are calculated based on product weight.

Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
We will send you a confirmation for tracking once your order has been processed.

Missing Parcels
Please note, once the postal service deems your package as delivered, we can no longer accept responsibility for it. Therefore, if you don't receive your parcel but it has been marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal service and launch an enquiry yourself.
