How To Use
Body & Bath Oil
Bath
Add 1-2 capfuls to tepid bath water and bathe for 10-15 minutes. Soaking your skin is beneficial for opening the pores and allowing the oil to penetrate deeper into the skin. Once you get out of the bath, do not rub the oil off. Instead, pat the skin dry and massage the excess oil back into the skin.
You may be required to use more oil if your skin requires more hydration.
Topical Application
The oil can also be applied directly to the skin.
One option is to massage into the skin before or after your shower to protect the skin.
You can also use the oil throughout the day by pouring the oil into the palm of your hand and massaging onto the skin as required.
C+ Eczema & Dermatitis Cream
Apply Grahams Natural C+ Eczema Cream as often as required to keep the affected area moist (2-3 times per day). Use a small amount spread thinly over your skin.
Always follow directions from your doctor, and refer to the leaflet printed on the inside of the box.

How To Use
Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and gently massage it into the skin.
For best results, we recommend applying twice daily (morning and night).

My daughters scalp daily resembled the before pictures, every morning, completely covered and required oils and sometimes scrubbing to remove it, which meant she had a sore weeping head and steroids were required to fix that mess! Now after only a week and half, her scalp is almost clear, just two small patches remaining which are barely that noticeable!! She is no longer scratching her head with discomfort. Forever grateful. Just unfortunate that such good products like this come with the bigger price tag! Definitely recommend Grahams natural (C+ Cream).
It is a bit stingy at first but I don’t mind it. Its really moisturising and definitely calmed some sort skin on my leg. I got the 50g without knowing larger sizes available. I wish I had more but it’s quite expensive for a large size bottle so may need to find another option for value unfortunately. If they had a sale on I defo would buy a big size.
