Incorporate this shampoo in to your daily shower routine. Massage the shampoo into the hair and scalp working into a lather. Rinse thoroughly.

Scalp Relief Cream
Apply the cream directly to the affected areas of the scalp eg. dry patches, plaques, itchy spots. Gently massage into the necessary areas. The hair can be wet or dry when applying the cream to the scalp. The Scalp Relief Cream can also be applied to areas of scalp psoriasis.
